I've been reading Natalie's blog for a little while now, so naturally I was thrilled when she posted some of her wedding pictures. She and her husband Luke had a charming and beautiful wedding, with such a sense of intimacy. I absolutely love it when you can get such a solid sense what the couple is like through their wedding, and this is certainly one of those instances. There were numerous handmade items, including chocolate mustaches and woodblocked prints (just want to be sure you read that right - chocolate mustaches)! Natalie Jenkins is the talented photographer responsible for these lovely pictures, which you can see more of on both Natalie's blog and her flickr album. The rest of their vendors are listed below:
Wedding Ceremony: Rocheport, Missouri in the yard of White Horse Antiques
Reception: Rocheport City Hall
Catering and Wedding Cake: Uprise Bakery
Flowers: Jeremy Estes of Kent's on Broadway (except for the centerpieces)
Centerpieces: Emma O'Connell, who sells flowers at the local farmer's market
For all of you Chicago brides - Magnificent Milestones, Smitten Boutique and CS Brides are hosting Wedding 101 classes this Tuesday and Thursday. You can attend over your lunch break! Head to their site to read all about it and mention With This Ring to get $50 off the class...

I know you're all going to love Sara & Ryan's wedding - its full of details, non-matching bridesmaids, an altar outdoors and peonies. What's not to love? The talented Carrie Patterson was the photographer and I will share the rest of the vendors with you in the second post. Until then - enjoy!
Sara and Hillary eventually found an alternate venue in Dune Acres - a clubhouse for use by residents only in Chesteron, Indiana. As you can see, it worked out perfectly. Sara's Mom made all of the adorable table runners (out of Amy Butler fabrics). The escort cards inadvertently became sachets - the original plan was to fill the little bags with lavender and have everyone toss them at Sara and Hillary as they came down the aisle, but in the whirlwind of the day those instructions didn't come through (although I have to say - I love the idea of sachets). And I think the embroidered table numbers might be my favorite part!
Sara's amazing hair piece was created by ban.do, and once again, all the photos were taken by Studio This Is. The DJ for the reception was Rachel from Toast & Jam - who Sara described as "beyond compare." A huge congratulations to Sara and Hillary...thank you for sharing your story!
