More Non-Matching Maids

Some more perfectly coordinating but mismatched bridesmaids dresses found at Emily Photo via Lucky Me.

Brown Paper Design

Danielle is the creative force behind Brown Paper Design and she is so talented! I have yet to see one of her floral designs that I don't love. She got together with Kristina of 100 Layer Cake a few weeks ago and used local fruits and veggies to supplement her floral creations. Genius!

Real Wedding - Los Angeles, CA

I just know you are all going to love this wedding as much as I do, because it involves all of the following elements: mustaches, kate spade shoes, peonies and whiskey shots at the ceremony. The ever lovely Jordana of Hazelnut Photography is the photographer behind Elda and Tim's wedding, which took place at The Bungalow Club in Los Angeles. This is kind of a long post but there were just too many great images to show you! So grab some coffee and get comfortable because after you're finished with this post you can head over to Jordana's blog to see a few more...

Color Palette Inspiration

It seems like I've been saying this a lot lately, but this might be one of my new favorite color combinations. I found it while browsing through Flights of Fancy, written by the lovely Gia of Betsywhite Stationery. She has quite the talent for putting together unique palettes, there is a whole section on her blog that you should definitely check out if you are in need of some color ideas. How did you decide on your color palette?

Kraft Paper Programs

I am in love with these programs that Erin Jang created, found via Oh So Beautiful Paper. It always amazes me when incredibly talented people use the simplest materials to create something wonderful. Kraft paper and twine? Genius!

Sponsor Spotlight - Novell

One of our fabulous sponsors, Novell, launched a new line of bridal bracelets this week that are truly unique. The bracelets are made of Argentium silver, which is a "green" metal and friendly to the environment. There are several different styles to choose from - one for every bridesmaid!

Spring Wedding Show

If you haven't seen it already, the Spring Wedding Show began this weekend. It is free and online only, now through the end of the month. You can "walk" through the park and see vendors in categories such as gowns, handmade items, photography and more. The way they designed the entire show is really cute, definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for some wedding vendors!

Rifle Designs

I really can't get over how beautiful these hand drawn invitations and save the dates are! Anna Bond is the extremely talented artist behind Rifle Designs, and she is responsible for all of the lovely images you see in this post. Her illustrations are truly inspiring. You can see more of her work on her website, her blog, and her flickr stream.

Get Your Garters...

Julianne Smith has a new line of garters coming out on May 27th - consider this your sneak peek! Whether or not you actually have a garter toss at your reception (we opted not to) you can still wear one under your gown, as they make for a really easy "something blue." But Julianne's come in so many colors (she even has a custom option) your garter can be as unique as you are.

Color Palette - Eggplant and Green

I am really loving the palette of this wedding, from one of the writers of Unveiled. I actually saw some tulips this color against a green background this week and was struck by how well they went together - I definitely wouldn't have thought of it myself!

Groomsmen Gifts...

I can't speak to the quality, but a friend sent me these ideas for groomsmen gifts last week and I think they are good ones. Personal but not pricey, you could combine them with a few of their favorite things and make a nice gift package. I think the boys are always so hard to buy for - what are you planning to get your groomsmen?

Puppy Love

It's no secret that I am a fan of dogs participating in wedding festivities, so its no surprise that I am in love with these images from Anna Kuperberg. This furry member of Denise and Andrew's wedding party is their chocolate lab, Lucy. I think she should get some serious credit for balancing those rings on her nose...

Real Wedding - Nashville, TN

I have yet another beautiful wedding to share with you today, sent over by Zach and Jody Gray of Gray Photography. Not only do these two have talent oozing out of them, they are two of the nicest people you could ever hope to encounter (go click through the "about" section of their website...really). But enough gushing - onto the wedding! Clover and Emerson were married in Nashville, TN and gathered together this amazing list of vendors:

Photographers: Gray Photography
Florist: Belles Fleurs
Hair and Makeup: Harlow Salon
Reception: Hermitage Hotel
Day of Coordinator: Events by Elaine
Bakery: Dulce Desserts
Band: Blue Tone Music

Clover's bouquet was made up of hydrangeas and peonies - a girl after my own heart. And I still haven't gotten over the train on her dress! The bridesmaids dresses are perfection as well, but I will stop talking and let you enjoy all the images. You can head over to the Gray Photography blog to see even more. Thanks, Zach and Jody!
