Erin Hearts Court

I have an adorable wedding to share with you today from Courtney de Jauregui and her husband, the duo behind Erin Hearts Court. You've likely seen Courtney's work around the blog world before as she's also the extremely talented lady behind Flush Designs.

Tim and Lauren were married in Napa valley, on the grooms parent's property. They chose to have a simple but meaningful wedding, which really goes to show that you don't have to spend a fortune for a beautiful wedding.
A few months before the wedding, Tim and Lauren planted a garden of flowers including Hollyhock, poppies, sunflowers. The morning of the wedding, Courtney arranged all the flowers, mixing in rosemary, wheat and "whatever else" she could find on the property "in lots of little jars and vases from around the house." How great is that? {Yes, you read that right, Courtney arranges flowers as well. Go to her site to read all about it} The groom didn't want flowers in his boutonniere at all, so Courtney pulled together a combination of feathers and wheat. The guests were asked to arrive an hour or two before the ceremony to play games and just hang out. They then "reveled" to the ceremony spot back in the trees, to a sound of a flute player. Any and all dogs were welcome, and according to Courtney they were everywhere...
After the ceremony the guests walked back to the reception site to eat and play horseshoes and bocce ball. Ultimately, isn't this one of the best moments you can hope for at your wedding? Friends and family relaxing and having a good time.
And playing a little bocce ball. I love it...
Thank you so much Courtney, for sharing this wedding with us! For the month of February if you book with either (or both) Erin Hearts Court or Flush Designs for your 2009 wedding, you can receive a free engagement session (a $400 value) and/or 10% off your invitations. I have some of Courtney's invitation and floral work to share with you later in the week as well as another beautiful wedding from Erin Hearts Court...stay tuned!
